This mod changes the color of your skills.
Pretty hard to Mod by hand. But I'm getting the hang of it so I can do Mods for the guild.

I'll post 'How To's MUCH later.

Personally I made this mod to change the way my skills look.
I had my friend from college try it out on his Priest. Worked.
